01 - Adding a Pool To Your Existing Home

We recognize that many times you are unable to build a pool as part of a larger custom home project. Even if you are building a pool that was not part of the original plan, it shouldn't look or feel like an afterthought. We can help create a pool that blends seamlessly into your existing home and outdoor living space.

Instead of looking at the pool itself, we consider the architecture of your existing home and patio, the materials, sightlines, and landscaping. The goal being that we design a pool that complements your home rather than competes with it.

Through our partnership with our dedicated pool contractor, we design custom gunite and fiberglass pools in a variety of styles. One of the hardest parts of planning a pool for an existing home is trying to picture how it will fit into your existing backyard. This is why our design process includes full-color renderings that allow you to see your pool in relation to your home before construction begins.

Because Jace & Bowen Custom Builders works in custom homes, renovations, and outdoor living spaces, we are also able to look beyond just adding a pool to your build.

Your project may call for a relatively simple pool addition but it also may grow into a larger backyard transformation. Jace & Bowen offers complete backyard overhauls, complete with covered patio additions, outdoor kitchens, additional hardscape, fire pits, landscaping, and other improvements.

We like to approach your backyard as a complete space, rather than treating each element on its own.
