For two years he played a crucial role in building homes in downtown Austin, priced between $800k to $2.5 million, and specializes in 'Build on Your Lot' homes in Austin and the surrounding area.

His exemplary performance in the industry earned him the "Builder of the Year" award in 2021, the "Ace Award" in 2023, along with the 'Team Award' in both 2020, 2022, and 2023 while working for a national custom homebuilder.

When Alec isn’t taking care of your home, he spends his time with his wife Cheyenne and three kids, Bowen, Brenna, and Bennett.

After a successful 10-year career in professional baseball, Michael took his eye for perfection to the custom home building industry in 2020. With a fresh and innovative approach, he quickly stamped his name in the premier luxury home market, building homes ranging from $750k to $2.5 million dollars and winning the 2021 Rookie Builder of the Year award for a national custom homebuilder.
